Wexford Creamery has produced, for the first time in its history, a limited edition of their premium Mature Cheddar to mark the partnership between the Wexford Festival Opera and the long established supplier-owned creamery.
Wexford Festival Opera is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year and in its honour, Wexford Mature Cheddar has been togged out in a black tie and given a smart red background on its packaging.
The cheddar will be available for purchase exclusively at Greenacres in Wexford Town and at Wexford Opera House.
