Milk has been an important part of the Irish diet ever since the first herds of cattle were introduced to Ireland in the Stone Age, circa 4,000 BC.
Here at Wexford Creamery, we’ve been producing the finest quality dairy products from local suppliers, refining and extending our range to suit modern Irish consumers. Whether you’ve got an active family to shop for, or you’re a health-conscious great-grand-dad, we’ve got a milk product to suit you.

Low Fat Milk
All the taste of Wexford Creamery fresh milk, but with some of the fat taken out, for those who want to cut down on fat.
Skim Milk
Skim Milk still provides the important nutritional benefits of milk, including calcium, protein, minerals and vitamins, but with almost none of the fat content.
Plus Milk
This milk has all the goodness of Wexford Creamery milk with added calcium, folic acid and vitamins. Perfect for a growing family.
ButterMilk
Buttermilk is lower in fat and calories than regular milk because the fat from buttermilk has already been removed. Traditionally buttermilk was considered more easily digestible than whole milk as it contains more lactic acid than skim milk. Due to being more easily digestible (a result of the bacteria added to the milk), protein and calcium can be taken up more easily by the body.
Buttermilk comes into its own when you bake with it - the creamy taste will leave your family wanting more.
Cream
A delicious treat any day of the week, Wexford Creamery cream is luxuriously thick and whippable.
