Wexford Festival Opera is celebrating its 60^th anniversary this year and in its honour, Wexford Mature Cheddar has been togged out in a black tie and given a smart red background on its packaging.

The cheddar will be available for purchase exclusively at Greenacres in Wexford Town and at Wexford Opera House.
